More Than Transportation.... Peace-of-Mind.



The following is a letter from Ralph Hansen, President of The Caring Coach, to an actual customer. It perfectly illustrates the difference in the level of service between traditional taxi, limo and livery services and The Caring Coach - service and communication that builds trust, confidence and peace-of-mind:


"Hello Joe,
 
Being a caregiver all the way from California and your mom in New Jersey creates the need for someone to stand in the gap for your mom and be a resource that you can depend on. The Caring Coach is here to fill that need for you.
 
Your Mom's Doctor's appointment went fine this morning. They accomplished everything they needed to, however, they informed me that she missed a few important  phone calls when they tried to reach her. She did call them later but only got their voice mail. They did not return a call to her, so the information was not received.
 
Going forward, I think future appointments and times should be confirmed to avoid miscommunication and mistakes. The medical facility is quick to blame their senior patients for errors and mom doesn't need to stress about these things. In this case I think the errors have been more on the facility's side due to failure to follow through on their part. Your mom is very "with it" and a pleasure to work with.
 
Going forward, I will be glad to accommodate any thing you need me to do. 

We should talk soon about her upcoming appointments so I can schedule myself accordingly to accommodate them.
